At this moment, we regret to inform you that we are not accepting applications that involve Wire Wrap Jewelry, Soap, Incense, or Bath Products, Dice, Psychic Readings, 3D Printing, and Resin Products. However, we do have a waiting list for these items/services, and we’ll be sure to let you know if any opportunities arise. Thank you for your understanding, and we hope to work with you in the future!
We love to offer our guests the very best food and drink experience, which is why we have our very own unique range we offer. For this reason, we kindly ask that vendors refrain from applying for such an opportunity. However, on special occasions such as our Sweet Endings themed weekends, we do welcome specially selected food and beverage vendors to showcase their products. If you believe you have a product that would be perfect for our visitors to enjoy during that weekend, we’d be delighted to receive an application from you! As part of the application process, we do ask that vendors provide free samples of their product to be given to our patrons – an opportunity not to be missed!
Setups will be on the Friday before the weekend (Thursday on Week 7) 9am to 6pm. Please be patient during the juried selection process. If you’re among the chosen few to become a guest vendor at our festival, our crafts coordinator will be in touch with you soon. Exciting times ahead!
