We are officially booked for the season!

We're overjoyed to announce that all the guest vendor spots have been taken as of 7/1/24. Thank you so much for your enthusiastic response to the application process! If you've missed out on the chance to sign up, don't worry. You can still fill out the form and be added to our waiting list. Plus, there's always our other exciting events to look forward to, like Holly Dazzle: A Renaissance Christmas. We can't wait to connect with you and see all the amazing things you have to offer! Huzzah!

2024 Guest Vendor Application

We appreciate your interest in becoming a vendor at the Michigan Renaissance Festival. At this moment, we regret to inform you that we are not accepting applications that involve Wire Wrap Jewelry, Soap, Incense, or Bath Products, Dice, Psychic Readings, 3D Printing, and Resin Products. However, we do have a waiting list for these items/services, and we’ll be sure to let you know if any opportunities arise. Thank you for your understanding, and we hope to work with you in the future!

We love to offer our guests the very best food and drink experience, which is why we have our very own unique range we offer. For this reason, we kindly ask that vendors refrain from applying for such an opportunity. However, on special occasions such as our Sweet Endings themed weekends, we do welcome specially selected food and beverage vendors to showcase their products. If you believe you have a product that would be perfect for our visitors to enjoy during that weekend, we’d be delighted to receive an application from you! As part of the application process, we do ask that vendors provide free samples of their product to be given to our patrons – an opportunity not to be missed!

Number of slots available per weekend: 10, with a total of 70 spots for the entire season. All applicants will receive a response by the first week of July, informing them whether they have been accepted, rejected, or placed on a waiting list.

Setups will be on the Friday before the weekend (Thursday on Week 7) 8am to 6pm. Please be patient during the juried selection process. If you’re among the chosen few to become a guest vendor at our festival, our crafts coordinator will be in touch with you soon. Exciting times ahead!

Your company is responsible for:

  • Vendor Fee: $200.00 PER DAY
  • Providing the Michigan Renaissance Festival with proof of 1 million dollar liability  insurance with the Michigan Renaissance Festival listed as additionally insured
  • MI certified fire extinguisher
  • Staffing for booth
  • 10'x10' tent, tables, chairs and decor
  • Setup and Tear down
  • Please dress in Renaissance Style attire

Your Company will receive:

  • One 10'x10' Space
  • 4 passes for the weekend you are vending
  • 1 Parking Pass for the weekend you are vending

By checking the box below, you agree to set up in the time frame outlined in this form. Your booth must be staffed at all times, your booth will be open for business Saturday and Sunday from 10am to 7pm (and Friday if you are vending on Sweet Endings Weekend). If you must cancel, you agree to give the Michigan Renaissance Festival at least 7 days notice.
