Your company is responsible for:

• Staffing 9:30a – 6:30p each day
• Table, chairs, table coverings & signage
• Setup & tear down
• 1 oz pour tops
• Pickup & Drop off inventory

Your Company will receive:

• Setup space in tasting tent
• 4 passes for each weekend you are vending
• One parking pass valid for each weekend you are vending
• One pass to our VIP preview party

By checking the box below, you agree to set up in the time frame outlined in this form. Your booth must be staffed at all times, your booth will be open for business Saturday and Sunday from 9:30am to 6:30pm (and Friday if you are vending on Harvest Huzzah Weekend). If you must cancel, you agree to give the Michigan Renaissance Festival at least 7 days notice.
