Guest Vendor Applications

Learn more about Guest Vending at MIRF:

  • Vendor spaces are currently full, all applications will added to the waiting list. Applicants will only be contacted if accepted for a space.
  • Vendors will have 10 x 10 spaces only.
  • You may select multiple weekends that you are available for.
  • We are only looking for unique handmade crafts.
  • MIRF is not accepting: 3D Printing, Dice, Readers, Steel Rings, Crystals or Rocks at this time. 

How to Become a Guest Artisan Vendor:

  • Submit application below and finalize agreement with Craft Coordinator.
  • Once you have been approved, pay your booth fees! The Michigan Renaissance Festival is $200 per day. (Please note some weekends are 3 days). 
  • Visiting vendors will need insurance and a background check.
  • Visiting vendors must abide by the MIRF harassment policy. 
  • Vendor set-up will be 9AM – 5PM on the Friday before the weekend (with the exception of our final weekend, in which vendors must set-up on Thursday, Oct 1st).
